How to Make Honey-like Grape Syrup:
The Asgari grapes, harvested from the vineyard, are thoroughly washed and then pressed using the traditional method. Afterward, a special clay called white clay is added to the juice. This helps settle the pulp and clarifies the grape juice. Once the clear juice is filtered, it is placed over heat and brought to a boil. After two-thirds of the water has evaporated and the syrup turns a golden-red color, the honey-like syrup is ready.
A notable point is that organic syrup, when exposed to cold air, crystallizes, which is a sign of high quality. To return it to its original state, it is best to place the syrup in warm water or a warm environment to regain its initial consistency.
Benefits of Honey-like Grape Syrup:
With a warm and moist nature, honey-like grape syrup is beneficial for treating anemia, preventing weakness, and strengthening memory and the immune system. It is rich in vitamins A, B, and C, as well as minerals such as iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium.
